You pick a plan for the features you need, then pay one flat rate per enrolled student. Your total is simply: Number of Students × Plan Rate. For example, 300 students on the Plus plan (₹120/student/year) = ₹36,000/year. The rate is the same whether you have 80 students or 1,800 - plans unlock features, never a headcount ceiling. Billing is annual, aligned to your academic-year budget, with a 100-student minimum. Use the calculator above to see your exact figure instantly - no need to call sales.
Your count is taken once each academic year, on a set date after admissions settle (typically 45 to 60 days into the term), and then locked for the year. Schools that add a batch of students mid-year are simply pro-rated. This gives you one predictable figure for your budget - it does not move up and down every time a student joins or leaves. To keep records accurate and tamper-proof, student profiles are archived rather than deleted, so your full roster and history stay intact all year. And you are never charged for duplicate or test entries you remove during setup.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of the next billing cycle.

You retain full access to export your data (CSV / JSON) for 90 days after cancellation. After this window, all data is permanently deleted from our servers per our Privacy Policy.
Annual billing is the default because it matches how schools budget - and it works out to 2 months free versus paying monthly. If cash flow is easier in instalments, we offer term-based payment plans (usually two or three payments across the academic year) at no extra cost. You can also switch to plain monthly billing anytime. Talk to our team about what suits your school.
All listed prices are exclusive of applicable GST (18%). The final invoice will include GST as per Indian tax regulations. Schools with GST exemption certificates can contact us to apply them.
WhatsApp is the one cost that genuinely varies with usage, so we keep it transparent and never mark it up unfairly. Plus includes 5,000 messages per month - enough for daily attendance alerts and fee reminders at most schools. Go over that and extra messages are simply billed at cost as you use them, around ₹0.20 each (or pre-buy top-up blocks), so you never hit a wall mid-term. Complete and Enterprise are effectively unlimited for everyday use - roughly 60 messages per student per month, which is far more than most schools send; if you ever go beyond that (for example, frequent marketing broadcasts) the extra is billed at the same at-cost rate. On Essential, WhatsApp is an optional add-on. This way your messaging bill always tracks your actual usage - it can never quietly outgrow your plan.
Yes - growth is rewarded, not penalised. Volume discounts apply automatically to your whole bill: 10% off at 500+ students and 15% off at 1,000+ students, on any plan.
