Can I switch plans after signing up?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of the next billing cycle.

Is there a free trial available?

We offer a free, personalised demo instead of a self-serve trial. This lets us tailor the walkthrough to your school context. Book yours at bookdemo.html.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You retain full access to export your data (CSV / JSON) for 90 days after cancellation. After this window, all data is permanently deleted from our servers per our Privacy Policy.

Does the annual plan lock me in for 12 months?

Annual plans are billed upfront at a 20% discount. While the term is 12 months, we work with schools on a case-by-case basis. Contact our team if you have specific flexibility requirements.

Are taxes included in the listed prices?

All listed prices are exclusive of applicable GST (18%). The final invoice will include GST as per Indian tax regulations. Schools with GST exemption certificates can contact us to apply them.

Do you offer discounts for larger school groups or trusts?

Yes. School groups managing multiple campuses are eligible for volume discounts under our Enterprise plan. Reach out to hello@zencampus.in for a custom proposal.
