Plain-language terms that govern your use of ZenCampus.
By accessing or using ZenCampus (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all schools, institutions, administrators, staff members, parents, and any other users ("you" or "your") who access or use ZenCampus.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ZenCampus Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("ZenCampus", "we", "our", or "us").
ZenCampus provides a cloud-based school management platform that includes tools for student management, attendance tracking, fee management, examination records and assessment management, progress reporting, leave management, staff management, parent communication (including WhatsApp Business API notifications), timetable management, audit logging, and school calendar management.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
Each subscribing school will have a designated primary administrator account. The administrator is responsible for managing user access within the institution and must ensure all users comply with these Terms.
ZenCampus supports multiple role types (Admin, Teacher, Parent). Each role has defined permissions. Administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate roles and not granting access beyond what is necessary for a user's function.
You agree not to use ZenCampus to:
Violation of these acceptable use policies may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
All data you input into ZenCampus - including student records, attendance data, fee records, and academic data - remains your property. You retain all rights to your school's data.
By using ZenCampus, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your data solely to provide and improve the Service. We will never sell, rent, or use your school's data for purposes other than operating the platform.
Upon subscription termination, you may export your data within the 90-day grace period. After this, data will be permanently deleted per our Privacy Policy.
ZenCampus is offered on a subscription basis. Fees are billed in accordance with the plan selected at sign-up. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
If a payment fails, we will notify the school administrator and provide a 14-day grace period to resolve the issue before suspending access. Data is retained for 90 days after suspension.
We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any price changes. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
ZenCampus and all related software, designs, trademarks, logos, and documentation are the exclusive property of ZenCampus Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our brand assets or trademarks without prior written consent. Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us to improve the Service without obligation or compensation to you.
We target 99.5% monthly uptime for the ZenCampus platform, excluding planned maintenance windows. Planned maintenance will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance via email and in-app notification.
Support is available Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm IST via email at hello@zencampus.in. We aim to respond to all support requests within 1 business day.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZenCampus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to ZenCampus in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@zencampus.in. Access to the Service will continue until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for unused subscription time.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access immediately, without liability, if you breach any provision of these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees after the grace period, or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe could harm the Service or other users.
Upon termination, all licences granted to you cease immediately. Data export is available during the 90-day post-termination window.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
